Equipment principle

1. The machine is assembled and tested by two parts (terminal body and iron shell);

2. The main body of the terminal needs to shake and cut the material, then assemble into the iron shell and rivet. The assembled product passes through the board and CCD to check the positivity of the terminal.

3. Separate discharges of defective products from power station after short circuit breaking;

4. Tape packaging of final products (self-adhesive packaging);

5. All the key workstations of the equipment can flexibly set the adjustment speed and quantity.

6. Automatic shutdown, alarm and display error information in order to check and troubleshoot.
