Equipment principle:

1. The machine adopts cylinder as power, PLC as control system, intuitionistic sub station assembly working principle;

2. Automatic loading and assembly of 4 accessories vibration disk, USB inner base, upper and lower cover, and USB shell;

3. The upper and lower covers of the USB inner base vibration plate are loaded and assembled. The USB shell is assembled in bulk. A part of shaping mechanism is added to the USB shell assembly structure. The finished product CCD detects the bullet height and alignment.

4. Using man-machine interface, the interface is intuitive, simple and safe to operate;

5. In case of fault, it will automatically stop, alarm and display error information, so as to check and remove the fault;
