Device Description:

1. The equipment operator places the outer magnetic steel on the belt line as required, and the outer magnetic inner sleeve and the outer magnetic outer casing are respectively poured into the corresponding bin of the equipment.

2. The equipment separately screens and adjusts the parts to the position to be grabbed by way of belt line and vibrating plate.

3. The device grasps the outer magnetic inner sleeve, the outer magnetic steel and the outer magnetic outer casing into the corresponding tooling by grasping the claws (or other means).

4. The unit automatically presses and detects the height of the three assembled parts.

5. After the assembly is completed, the external magnetic group automatically enters the blanking channel and is placed in the holder.
